Overview

We want you to love your order. Because these items are made through pre-order, returns are handled a little differently than in-stock products. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to:

1. Submit a return request form, and

2. Ship the item back to us.

The item must be shipped before the end of the 14th day. Requests submitted or packages shipped after this window will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

1. Complete the return form on our website.

2. Include:

• Clear photos of the item (showing any issue, if applicable)

• A short description of the reason for the return

3. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the address to ship to.

Shipping the Return

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (unless the return is for a manufacturing defect).

• Ship the item so it is in transit before the 14-day window closes.

Refunds

Pre-order refunds are only issued after:

• You have received the item, and

• Estrian Atelier has received the returned item and confirmed it meets the return conditions.

Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear after we process it.

Important Notes

• We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on items that have not yet been delivered to you.

• Items that are damaged, soiled, or missing tags (outside of a valid defect claim) may not qualify for a full refund.
